The mission is to design innovative frameworks for the development of sports equipment in Ghana that can be sourced, created and made in-country in a sustainable way. The innovative solutions must be well integrated within the Beckwith International Leadership Development (BILD) program to help them deliver their programs effectively. The main aim is to equip local teachers, coaches, community leaders and young people to with the equipment used to support BILD's sports based activities.

In this project, I was part of the Yellow Team, which we named @Inno4Ghana. We were given the task to explore opportunities in Northern Ghana in collaboration with University of Development Studies in Tamale. During the initial secondary research, we found large communities of Ghanaians who are living in London, UK. Through several of these communities, such as Ghanaian Londoners Network and Star100.org, we were able to gather crucial insights on the daily lives of North Ghanaians.
